รายละเอียดงาน- Assist the Operations Manager in supervising and coordinating daily service operations.
- Monitor service standards and ensure consistent execution of company service guidelines.
- Act as a role model for front-of-house teams by demonstrating premium customer service behaviors.
- Conduct routine floor checks to ensure staff readiness, cleanliness, and proper service flow.
- Support scheduling, shift planning, and managing last-minute manpower adjustments.
- Assist in staff training and coaching on service techniques, company policies, and operational SOPs.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and escalate critical issues when needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Generate daily service reports and assist with operational audits when required.
- Help drive upselling initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement programs.
- Step in to lead teams during the absence of the Operation Manager.
- Foster a positive, service-focused, and team-oriented work environment.
