รายละเอียดงานDuties & Responsibilities:
•Communicate with both the customer and the supplier to exactly grasp their requirement/availability.
•Manage and control Purchase Order from customers, Issue PO to suppliers
•Receive quotation requests from customers
•Request quotations from suppliers upon the customer’s required specification, together with the sales team
•Make a proposal to customers with material purchasing cost comparison from various suppliers (together with the Sales Team)
•Issue quotation together with the General Manager
•After issuing a quotation, communicate with the customer to check whether there is any point to be negotiated
•Assist Sales Leader or Manager in clerical work such as document preparation, meeting with customers, and others as assigned.
• Support Sales Leader or Manager in taking care of customers/suppliers.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (2 Saturday a month ))

- Female Gender
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 years’ experience as sales coordinator or customer service in manufacturing or trading company.
- Conversation low-middle level of English (Contact with foreigner client by email.)
- Computer skills especially Excel, Word, E-mail.
- Good Personality, Fast learner, detail oriented.
- An immediate or early join candidate will be an advantage.
- Having experience in the gasket business will be an advantage.
