คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency with BIM software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with various teams and stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of BIM standards and best practices.
- Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with project management software and construction management tools.
- Knowledge of construction project workflows and processes.
