A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
MBA or advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
10+ years of experience years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
Experience in Banking, FinTech, Insurance, High Tech, Startup, Manufacturing, Education and Public Sector.
Proven track record of successfully leading testing efforts for complex software projects from initiation to completion.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in agile/scrum teams is a plus.
Experience in managing testing teams and resources, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Familiarity with various software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
Experience with test automation, performance testing, and/or security testing
