About the Role:
As a QA Engineer Intern at Freshket, you’ll support our QA team in testing and validating new product features. You’ll gain hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, work alongside experienced professionals, and be involved in real projects that impact users.
About the job:
- Assist in writing, maintaining, and executing test cases.
- Perform manual and exploratory testing of features.
- Document and report bugs clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and user stories.
- Participate in regression and release testing to ensure high product quality.
- Support test automation design and implementation alongside software engineers.

- How to write clear and complete test cases.
- Execute manual and exploratory testing.
- Develop automated tests and understand automation flows.
- Communicate issues effectively in a professional QA environment.
- Gain hands-on experience with enterprise tools and Agile/Scrum processes.
- Understand how quality assurance fits into the product development lifecycle.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Internship Details: Duration: 3 months, Mentorship and feedback from experienced QA engineers.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles (manual and/or automated).
- Familiarity with tools like Postman, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
- Programming knowledge (Python, Java, JavaScript) is nice to have but not required.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about learning QA best practices.
