Principal responsibilities Geographical Area of responsibility: •Plants and systems on the assigned site(s) Functional responsibilities Overview: •Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation systems and instrumentation for industrial processes Key Responsibilities: •Ensure compliance to the Linde work processes •Ensure adequate vendor / contractor support •Define & implement Preventive Maintenance of control process and ensure they are carried out. •Full respond PLC / DCS Plant control system, MOC modification program, Diagnostic program, Update program. Maintain Preventive maintenance, Backup software, Corporate with APAC team and IS for security compliance. •Ensure predictive maintenance equipment is operational, related services are in place and activities are carried out •Budget, plan and execute corrective maintenance as an outcome of failures, preventive, predictive maintenance •Develop scope of work for major turnaround, ensure availability of required material and services •Supervise the execution of turnaround work •Define and maintain required local spares •Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability of operations •Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades on control systems and instrumentation •Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on automation equipment and sensors

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Control System & Instrumentation Engineering
Should possess authorizations per local statutory requirements
3 to 5 years of experience as Automation Maintenance Engineer for continuous process plants
Experience of using Computerized Maintenance Management System preferably SAP PM
Ability to influence/convince cross functional teams including superiors
Good oral & written communication skills in English and local language
Ability to handle pressure in crisis situations
Experience in operating, maintaining & troubleshooting in PLC control system, HMI, DCS Scada
In depth-knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance techniques including the use of SAP PM to manage these processe s
Familiarity with Process & Instrumentation (P&I), logics and control loop diagrams with knowledge of control systems
Experience in root cause failure analysis
