รายละเอียดงาน
- Develop and implement tools and processes to improve paint system performance, including Safety, Quality, Throughput and Cost.
- Provide process and troubleshooting support to paint processes and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Monitor and report paint, solvent, daily/monthly usages and provide data for Environmental reporting.
- Manage rack cleaning, rack repair, maintenance.
- Manage Paint line cleaning, pump outs, cleaning audits.
- Manage and monitor paint supplier activities.
- Ensure environmental compliance in paint systems.
- Keep all Engineering work instructions and forms up to date annually.
- Assist with PFMEA's, control plans, work instruction, layouts, etc.,
- Promote quality, continuous improvement, preventative maintenance, good housekeeping and safety practices.
- Work with production on site, capacity and level scheduling.
- Maintain system backups.
- Able to shift hours to assist with maintenance training and repairs.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Work experience, minimum 3-5 years as process engineer, painting engineer in Automotive industrial
- Computer competence in Windows Word, Excel, Access
- Robot path programming knowledge and experience
- Have strong background in paint, paint mixing, paint delivery systems
- Experience with spray adhesive applications
- Possesses interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- High level of analytical ability, oral and written communication skills with others
- Ability to work independently.
