- Develop, plan, and report operational performance to management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Manage and develop the service technician team, including overseeing service operations and processes to ensure efficiency and high-quality performance.
- Oversee the product claim process with international suppliers to ensure timely resolution and delivery to customers.
- Manage the proposal and renewal of service contracts with customers after the warranty period to maintain customer relationships and generate recurring revenue.
- Ensure excellence in after-sales service operations and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Analyze team performance and develop strategic plans to meet the company’s objectives and KPIs.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and international partners to support service operations.
- Design and implement performance evaluation systems (KPIs) to monitor and improve team efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Male, aged between 30–40 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, majoring in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical technical services or a related field (experience in medical equipment will be considered a strong advantage)
- Strong skills in management, problem analysis, decision-making, and issue resolution
- Positive attitude, service-minded, and good interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure with good communication skills in English
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English (TOEIC score 600 or above is preferred)
- Possession of professional engineering license (if applicable)
- Demonstrated leadership ability with team management and development skills
- Able to supervise and monitor subordinates to ensure efficient performance according to plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Email, and Internet applications
- Visionary, quality-oriented, and committed to maintaining and improving service standards in line with the company’s growth
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a personal vehicle
