2.Effectively manage the Account Receivables of Portable Air Compressor to ensure that the set targets are achieved.
3.Effectively manage the inventory levels for better profitability.
4.Aggressively exploit the territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
5.Plan and organize sales activities, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order. 6.Report sales activities timely and accurately in C4C.
7.Perform Full market Potential analysis for own territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
8.Maintain highest possible customer relationship through a one-to-one concept strategy & Build, maintain, broaden, and strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors.
9.Cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis.
10.Cooperate with service operations to achieve customer satisfaction.
11.Compile and submit monthly reports on sales, lost orders and competition.
12.Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.
13.Cooperate with Credit Department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue
