- Identify drop-off points and friction in user journey, propose data-driven optimizations
- Manage and automate data flows across platforms (CRM, ad platforms, website, attribution tools)
- Develop marketing attribution models and customer segmentation strategies
- Lead A/B testing frameworks, cohort analysis, and campaign measurement
- Collaborate with marketing, tech, and product teams to align data tracking with business goals
