•Plan, monitor, and improve quality systems in accordance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 (if applicable) •Analyze quality issues and coordinate corrective & preventive actions with related departments •Prepare and review quality documents such as Control Plans, PFMEA, WI, and inspection standards •Follow up on Corrective / Preventive Actions and verify effectiveness (e.g., 8D, CAR) •Coordinate with customers in case of quality concerns and handle feedback reports •Support internal, external, and customer audits •Improve quality control in production to enhance efficiency and reduce defects •Ensure quality control in the manufacturing of electronic components according to customer specifications •Collaborate with the Engineering team in New Product Development to ensure quality aspects are addressed from the beginning
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields.
  2. 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Background in electronic components or SMT/PCBA industry is preferred.
  4. Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA.
  5. Knowledge of RoHS, IPC standards, ESD, and REACH requirements is a plus.
  6. Proficient in the use of mechanical and electrical measuring instruments such as Caliper, Micrometer, CMM, as well as electrical tools.
  7. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  8. English communication skill is a plus.
