รายละเอียดงาน
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure conformity with specifications.
- Identify, separate, and control non-conforming products from accepted products.
- Record inspection results in the Inspector Sheet and report any abnormal findings.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to perform quality checks accurately.
- Use measuring tools such as Vernier caliper, Height gauge, Dial thickness gauge, and Pin gauge.
- Request and provide necessary jigs to the production line for in-process inspection.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding inspection results or product quality concerns.
- Ensure all quality-related documents are properly updated and maintained.
- Report inspection outcomes to the supervisor and QA engineer.
- Follow company standards and procedures related to quality control.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High Vocational certificate or higher in a related field.
- 25-35 years
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality inspection or a related role.
- Willing to work overtime and shift schedules.
