รายละเอียดงาน
-Responsible to assign the scope of function and responsibility for all subordinates. Organize and problem solving for any kind of variance which will affect the output and customer’s satisfaction.
- Organize and control the output to meet the delivery schedules.
- Improve and provide technical skills to all subordinates.
- Cost control of manufacturing to minimize the lost of expense and material.
- Process improvement to gain the maximized output with the minimum resource of both material and human resources.
- Support another department with all related matters to meet the company’s achievement and targets and director of emergency plan.
- Instructive, verify and assistance to subordinate Instructive, verify and assistance to subordinate about the CSR/RBA, Follow CSR/RBA requirement, ISO standard and others standard.
- Any other duties as assign.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Manufacturing Management skills in a middle size factory for at Preference minimum 5 years and with a position of middle or Senior management for a minimum 3 years.
- Excellent communication skill in English both verbally and written.
- Knowledge of DOE, SPC and Problem Analytical skill and technique.
- Program can use multiple computers.
- knowledge of the tools of statistical analysis.
- a follow-up skill and resolve the immediate events, the leadership.
- Trained in quality system, safety at work, management skill, leadership, or other related.
