1. Responsible for the recruitment, training, assessment and motivation of the accounting team, and improve and strengthen the necessary skills and knowledge of team members;
2. Cultivate the capabilities of department employees, build a team echelon development path, do a good job in selection, employment, training and retention, and establish an accounting echelon construction;

Follow-up of daily tasks
1. Responsible for the daily management of the team and the allocation of personnel work, deploy manpower to meet the needs of production materials and sales delivery, and timely connect with material control, planning and procurement to reasonably arrange the arrival of goods;
2. Responsible for the docking of warehouse material quality issues, and do a good job in the management of warehouse materials in and out and production docking;
3. Responsible for the storage space planning, 5S management, neat placement of items, clear labels, and improving work efficiency;
