- Plan, monitor, and track procurement activities to ensure efficiency, compliance with company policies, and timely delivery of goods/services.
- Evaluate and control supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery timelines, and service standards.
- Review and improve purchasing processes to maximize operational efficiency.
Team Management:
- Supervise and support subordinates to ensure accurate and effective procurement execution.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address deficiencies and improve performance.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers (domestic/international) to diversify options.
Additional Duties:
- Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
- Participate in company activities and training programs.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulations.
