Duties & Responsibilities:
To plan, implement and monitor the achievement of preventive maintenance plan to ensure high quality maintenance and equipment availability.
To ensure implementation of preventive maintenance shut down activities with the staff and employee.
To plan & monitor the annual shut down/Overhauling of the production lines and other areas equipments.
To ensure that departmental maintenance & operational expenses are within the approved budgets.
To ensures timely availability of Insurance, Critical & high value spare parts & spare equipment.
To plan manpower and spare parts to achieve Maintenance target.
To ensure Implementation and full utilization the computerized maintenance management system.
To advise the team & participate in the Failure analysis & root cause identification.
To ensure the implementation of reoccurrences prevention plan.
To create purchase request (PR) for all required equipment and parts.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance field.
- Knowledge in in all types of Pumps & Mech seal/Gear Boxes/Conveyors, Blowers, Hydraulic system and static equipment and piping
- Knowledge of Refrigeration and Air, Chiller, Cooling tower etc.
- Good command in both spoken and written English essential
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and processes.
- Good command of English. (TOEIC Score certificate will be advantage).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
