Main Duties and responsibilities;
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns regarding quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain and improve quality standards, conducting regular evaluations and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Make and maintain the quality system
- Internal quality improvement and action for customer complaint
- Any other assigned by QA Manager

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male & Female age 20 - 30 years
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
- Able to communication in English
- Fast learner, Positive attitude and Creative thinking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
