- Establishing the document control system
- Handling project folder setup, folder management, and document and drawing number allocation
- Controlling all project document types accurately and timely
- Liaising with project teams and external parties to distribute project-related information
- Communicating changes to document control procedures
- Ensuring quality documentation (documents, drawings, RFIs, RFA’s registers) is maintained
- Filing documents in both physical and digital records as required
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence and scheduling
- Communicating with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and local authorities
- Providing support to site managers, including managing team schedules and ensuring compliance with site regulations
