รายละเอียดงาน
1. Monitoring the overall process and result of Recruitment, Employee Relation ,Compensation ,Welfare ,Admin,training&development ,employees relations .
2.Plan and implement HR.
3.Plan and organize Human resource manager activities such as recruitment, payroll ,insurance, provident fund & Salary Table System and performance management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree or hight in Human Resource Management
- Male or Female ,Aged 35 years up
- At least 8 years working experience in HR Management, especially Recruitment, Training
- Good knowledge of Microsoft word program , the Internet and E - Mail ,insurance, provident fund
- Experience working for a multinational organization is advantaged
- Communication skills in English or any.
- Knowledge in Quality System will be advantage and others
- Program payroll Tiger E-HR
