Job Description
The Operation manager will be responsible for managing and training Shop Managers & Staffs in the daily operation, sale and customer service,maintain positive company philosophy & will represent buddhi belly in a professional manner.
Will be responsible for the following tasks :
-Marketing strategy
-Sales target
-Cost control
-P&L report
-Staffs training & KPI
-Customer complaint & concern
-Company philosophy and culture
-Recruitment
-Implement training standard
-Scout new locations for new shop, supervise construction and opening
-Acting as liaison between Shops, Vendors and Office
-Promotion
-POS System Management
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 30-45 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or related field
- Must be good at numbers
- Strong F&B operation experience
- Experience in team management
- Fluent in English
- Computer and Accounting literate
- Self-Driven and able to work under pressure
- Motivate with service mind and able to train team members
- Supervisory, training, budgeting, POS system control, P&L experience required!
- Work overtime,weekends,evenings,holidays and special events
- English and Thai proficiency
- Leadership skills
- Positive personality
