รายละเอียดงาน1. Purchase&Logistic Officer : is responsible for all activities concerning with purchase, including the quality according to customer/company requirements
The Purchase Officer shall do the following to accomplish the above.
1.1 Create and maintain minimum stock level, delivery time in the system
1.2 Create and maintain purchase order according to Material Resource Planning and requirements from other department
1.3 Taking care of review and compare cost to get realistic price
1.4 Follow up on the suppliers about the status of the orders and inform Purchase Supervisor about problems which may occur
1.5 Taking care of the paperwork and report for Finance & Accounting department
1.6 Take initiative in exchange of information between other departments like production,
shipping, engineering, warehouse etc.
1.7 Anything the Supervisor/Manager deems necessary
