Location: BANGNA COMPLEX OFFICE TOWER
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30-17:30
Job Responsibilities:
- Mainly taking care of existing customers (90%)
- Seeking new customers (10%)
- Visiting customers by driving own car to maintain relationship & oversee the installment of equipment
- Having a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings, including machinery tools and related equipment, to effectively present and sell products
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities
- Handling negotiations with clients, including pricing, terms of service, and contract conditions
- Coordinating the order process, including issuing quotations, managing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products
- Providing technical support and service follow-up after the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues
- Preparing sales reports, market analysis, and other related documents for management
- Working closely with logistics, technical, and management teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery of services
- Representing the company at industry events and exhibitions, ensuring positive brand awareness in the market.
