- Manage the allocated account in both commercial and technical process
- Develop business proposals for existing and new customers
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Manage business plan, bid tendering, etc. and search uncovered opportunity from the customer and create the needs.
- Understanding customer business/assets including other partners/contractors
- Attend commercial and technical meeting with customer
- Identify types and schedule of service required to ensure customer satisfaction
- Forecasting and scheduling on selling and services (master plan and update on regular basis)
- Interacts and communicates with the client on a regular basis to determine if there are any obstacles to company business.
- Update client activities & Competitors’ activities
- Analyze and research on the dynamic of the client in order to develop the way to grow business with the client
- Update client’s expansion
- Manage conflicts with effective negotiation and sales strategies.
- Liaise with concerned parties within the company
- Tight budget control
- Manage relation, high ranking to high ranking
- Retain our positioning
- Develop specific procedure, registering the company to specific institute for the specific service
- Work closely with the Operation Department Manager, OPS Section Manager on day-to-day basis in regard to service the customer
- Follow up the quality and safety management system
