- Lead and mentor a team of software developers to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions in the Life Insurance domain. - Drive the adoption of Agile practices within the development team to enhance productivity and improve software quality. - Ensure source code control, document design and ER diagrams are well delivered together with the well managed Project Management Framework. - Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope to meet organizational goals and compliance needs. - Architect and design scalable software solutions using open-source technologies, ensuring they are robust, secure, and maintainable. - Review and improve the existing software architecture and development processes to optimize for speed and efficiency. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high coding standards and best practices. - Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices; provide guidance on the integration of new tools and frameworks that could benefit the development team. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project status, address roadblocks, and ensure alignment with business goals. - Plan and execute on technology stack upgrade regularly to ensure the version are upto-date and manageable.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a technical lead or team lead role.
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience managing Agile software development processes.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Angular, Python, or Ruby, and familiarity with open-source frameworks and libraries.
Experience in the Life Insurance or Financial Services domain is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern software development tools.
Familiarity with database technologies and data modeling techniques.
