รายละเอียดงาน• Process payroll related activities and month end, such as garnishments, social security and provident fund contributions and any other payroll payments/deductions.
• Handing the compensation, personal data, time attendance records, Payroll and person-hour report for all workers.
• Data accuracy and maintain employee data in HRIS systems and up to date company's software related.
• Design, Development, and Implementation of the compensation and benefits strategy and program including compensation cycle, total rewards benchmark, etc
• Respond to external inquiries from government agencies, banks, etc.
• Respond to employee and management inquiries related to payroll
• Responsible for health benefits of employees including health and life insurance, annual health checkup.
