Canon Hi-Tech (Thailand) Ltd. was established in 1990 in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province and began producing Ink Jet Printer Scanner and Printer Media for export worldwide. In 2009, the company successfully produced a total of 100 million units. Subsequently, in 2011, the company expanded its operations by constructing a factory in Nakhon Ratchasima, which is the second factory with the gracious royal benevolence from Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, the royal patron, who presided over the official opening ceremony of the factory.
