Job Descriptions
Responsibility for -Control new model event and check condition machining process and CNC lathe and execute continuous. -improvement projects to improve production processes, equipment, and tooling. -Conduct engineering investigations supporting rapid problem solving of quality escapes and implementation of corrective action. -Kaizen improving activity, 5S and Loss (Muda) reduced in utilities system and promoting energy saving. -Control schedule new and existing products in accordance with relevant engineering drawing and standard
Qualifications
  1. Age 35 years up.
  2. Bechalor's Degree of Engineering program in Industrial engineering
  3. Industrial production engineer responsible for manufacturing process
  4. Control leading productivity improvements machining process/
  5. Check CNC lathe program of machine and drawing 5 to 10 years in Manufacturing Engineering role in CNC operations and Manufacturing
  6. Expert, specialist CNC program and Autocad for maintain manufacturing process.
  7. Prepare Document IATF,ISO 14000
  8. Safety activity near miss
  9. Good command in English
  10. Good personality and relationship
