Job Descriptions
- เตรียมเอกสาร ให้การเงิน การวางบิลและการจ่ายเงิน ให้ตรงตามเครดิตที่ได้รับ และให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไข ที่ตกลงตาม PO
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารก่อนทำจ่ายและบันทึกลงบัญชีในระบบExpress
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารจ่ายโอน เช็ค เงินสด ก่อนจ่ายให้Supplier พร้อมจัดทำทะเบียนคุมเช็คจ่าย
- ตรวจสอบบันทึกบัญชีลูกหนี้ รวมถึงลุกหนี้ที่ค้างชำระ
- สรุปยอดเจ้าหนี้คงเหลือแต่ละเดือน/ตรวจสอบการชำระหนี้/ทำบัญชีคุมเจ้าหนี้
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ ภงด1 ภงด3 ภงด53 สปส10-1
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารใบสำคัญรับ
- งานอื่นที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม Microsoft Office
- หากมีประสบการณ์หรือเคยทำงานสำนักงานบัญชี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมบัญชี Express Accounting จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
