Job Descriptions

- Identify potential vendors of the responsible categories, pitch, and onboard the new vendors to expand product offerings. - Plan and collaborate with vendors to drive sales and enhance performance. - Develop and implement promotional campaigns for vendors. Secure deals and promotions to boost vendor visibility and sales. - Provide training and ongoing support for marketplace operations. - Monitor vendor performance, ensure product standards, and quality of services

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably in e-commerce or online platforms. Experience in key account management, retail procurement, partnerships, or marketing campaigns is a strong plus.
Core Competencies: Strong in problem-solving, systematic and logical thinking, negotiation, collaboration, communications, and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel for sales performance monitoring and reporting, as well as developing presentations for vendor meetings and pitches.
Personal Attributes: A proactive and collaborative team player, open-minded and adaptable to change, with strong strategic thinking. Able to work effectively under pressure and meet sales targets.
