Job Descriptions
1. ดูแลงานธุรการ แม่บ้าน , รปภ. รวมถึงอาคารสถานที่ 2. ให้การต้อนรับ - บริการผู้มาติดต่อ , ประชาสัมพันธ์เสียงตามสาย 3. ดำเนินการจัดซื้อวัสดุอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน 4. จัดทำรายงานการเติมเงิน Easy Pass ให้แผนกบัญชีรวมถึงการดำเนินการเติมเงิน Easy Pass ให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง 5. ดูแลระบบทะเบียนทรัพย์สินของบริษัท 6. จัดทำรายงานสรุปค่าใช้จ่ายโทรศัพท์ และค่าอินเทอร์เน็ต
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 25 - 30 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านธุรการ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้ดี
  5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ ขยัน อดทน มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
  6. มีทักษะการสื่อสารเป็นอย่างดี
  7. สามารถเข้าปฏิบัติงานที่สาขาบางปูได้ 1 วัน / สัปดาห์ (สามารถเบิกค่าเดินทาง และมีเบี้ยเลี้ยง)
  8. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
