1.ควบคุมและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ให้ได้มาตรฐานตามแบบและเป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด
2.ควบคุมต้นทุนการก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณ
3.ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ในแง่ของการทำงานเราอาจจะต้องเจอปัญหาหรืออุปสรรค ความคิดสร้างสรรค์จึงเป็นตัวช่วยสำคัญที่จะทำให้เรามองหาวิธีการใหม่ในการทำงาน

Qualifications
- เพศชาย
- มีประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไป หรือ ถ้ามีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้
- สามารถวางแผนงาน และสั่งการ ก่อสร้างโรงงาน ออกแบบ คำนวณ วางแผน จัดระบบงาน
- ทนภาวะแรงกดดันได้ ซื่อสัตย์ อดทน
- ทำ Payment ได้
