Job Descriptions

Mission and main responsibilities: •Plan and perform R&D trials with support of an operational teams according to the protocol defined •Supervise the trials to ensure the achievement of the test and quality of the results •Coordinate with other departments (e.g. quality, raw material, production, logistic, safety & environmental) in order to facilitate the trials and transportation of samples to service labs •Record test parameters and results. Issue summary report (English) with interpretation and conclusions •Manage stock of raw materials, chemicals, and consumable products required for the operation •Ensure the compliance of operational teams to the WI (Work Instruction), Safety and Security procedures at work •Be available to provide technical support to the operational teams when needed •Coordinate with suppliers and/or maintenance team to ensure good maintenance and calibration of the lab equipment •Perform rubber characterization and chemical measurement (e.g. Titration, Soxhlet extraction, Colorimetry, Mooney viscosity, Plasticity, etc.)

Qualifications

•Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science , Fresh Graduated will be considered/ Fresh Graduates are welcome
•Language: Thai & English (professional proficiency, fluent in writing & speaking)
•Technical skills: laboratory skills, research skills, basic statistics, computer literacy (Microsoft office), knowledge in natural rubber product/process is an advantage
•Soft skills: interpersonal skills, team work, organized, rigorous, vigilant, enthusiasm, technical curiosity, analytical, multitasking, commitment
