Job Descriptions1.Investigate and analyze the root cause of defected parts from the customer claim and provide the solutions to the production line
2.Communicate with the team to consolidate the customer's feedback regarding the root cause and carry out the corrective action.
3.Developing and implementing the quality control systems
4.To be QMR to implement of ISO9001/IATF 16949 systems and procedures
5.Comply quality control reports, create statistical process control metrics, manage non-conformity material discrepancy reports, recommend continuous improvement activities.
6.Preparing monthly summaries of quality issues for the Technical Support Manager for presentation to the senior management team
7.Investigate and record customer complaints regarding product performance, specifications, and reliability.
8.Refine and develop the existing product warranty and return policy for finished goods.
9.Handle analysis customer / internal complaint with CARs / PARs & claim problem analysis and counter measure report.
10. Any assignment from Management
Qualifications - Male /Female, age 35-45
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer
- Able to plan, control and check for all production process.
- Able to confront and solve any problem related with production matter and manpower.
- Good interpersonal skill,enthusiastically, Good Leader ship
- Good command of written and spoken in English.
- Knowledge of Quality system. ISO/IATF
