Job Descriptions
-Set-up CNC Program
-Set-up the action plan concern with the business plan.
-Coordinate with DGM. set business plan.
-Supervise and control manpower concern with business plan.
-Process improvement for related with business plan and company goal.
-Cost reduction to base on with 4M.
-Cooperate with division concern for bring to the company goal.
-Support and implementation the activities to successful of company policy.
-Evaluate the performance of subordinate.
-Operating the regulation of superior.
Qualifications
- Male Age 30-40 years.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and related fields.
- Having 5-10 years up of work experience in production manufacturing.
- Knowledge IATF16949 , ISO14001.
- Good command of English and Japanese communication and computer skill.
- Good communication skill and responsibility.
- Knowledge CNC and understanding of Toyota system.
- Good skill control and management manpower.
