Job Descriptions
1)Taking care problems in production line (Machine, robot)
2)Setting machine condition and prepare mold.
3)Assist in major overhaul of equipment.
4)Carry out product trial.
5)Check product quality and report.
6)Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
7)Recording of daily output data and machine performance data.
8)Adjust condition for injection plastic
Qualifications
- Male, Age between 25 - 40 years old.
- Vocational Certificate or High Vocation Certificate in Technical or any field related.
- 3-5 years experiences in Plastic Injection and Mold understanding is an advantage.
- Able to handle New Model and Injection Trial.
- Able to Manufacturing documents systems and knowledge of ISO 9001
- Able to issue document concerning to New Model for report to leader.
- Able to adjust condition and preparing injection machine.
- Able to working under pressure well and can be active and motivation by your self
- Basic command communication in English language
- If able Japanese language communication will be Special considering
