Job Descriptions

1. Debugging, maintaining the equipment/tooling/tester in workshop 2. Train the operators 3. Responsible for new project import, making and optimizing technological process of production 4. Solve issues that happens during production 5. Making up the WI (Work Instruction of each process）for each process. 6. PCBA failure analysis/Repair, including ASSY & SMT workshop, provide analysis reports & solutions. 7. Make sure the production processes & procedures are correct, reduce the rate of NC; improve production processes and increase the productivity. 8. Be responsible for contacting/communicating the Chinese team or costomers if needed.

Qualifications

Male or female, age from 25-40 years old
High Vocational Certificate upward major in Electronics feild
English skills (reading, writing and speaking) is preferred
Be familiar with the technological process of electronic parts, and know how to enhance productivity
At leat 2-5 years of experience in PCBA or Electronics feild
Be able to solve the issues that happens during production independently
