Job Descriptions
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with assigned customer to generate new business for company. - Seek and initiate the new business opportunity then generate the strategy to increase sales in assigned territory by focusing in customer needs, market and competitors analysis. - Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations for problem/issue elimination and develop customer satisfaction. - Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, Market share position, customer update, market update and competitor update etc. - Development strategic plans for growth in many industry segments. - Implement marketing tools, communicate with potential clients and penetrate the existing market.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree Chemical or in any field related.
  2. At least 2-3 years working experience in selling industrial products Rubber and Plastic.
  3. Result-oriented, hands-on, decisive, think-out-of-the-box and can travel upcountry.
  4. Own a car and can travel upcountry.
