Job DescriptionsMain Responsibilities
1.Being fully responsible for all the store operating management, supervising staff daily work.
2.Sales of motivation staff enthusiasm, help stores achieve monthly sales targets.
3.Actively collecting market information and reporting to the company.
4.Handling customer complaints and problems related to store management.
5.Carrying through the company instruction and accomplishing other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Qualifications
1.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in sales management, sales team lead, assistant manager from the fashion/garment retail.
2.Able to work on Sat. or Sun. or public holiday (6 work days, 1 day off).
3.Able to work in shifts in the shops.
4.Preferably Manager specialized or leader team in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
5.Required Skill. Be familiar with computer operation.
6.Have the ability of Team management and coordination.
6.With a strong sense of responsibility, a healthy and 7.positive working attitude, good professional ethics and language, and writing skills.
