Job Descriptions
1.รับผิดชอบงาน Customer Complaint & Reject ในการตรวจสอบสินค้า Reject,การทำ Return ในระบบSap การออกเอกสารแจ้ง Rework,ออก CAR และ ตอบกลับข้อร้องเรียนให้ลูกค้า
2.นับสต๊อกและจัดทำรายการ สำหรับสินค้า Reject ประจำเดือน และตามแผนที่กำหนด
3.รับผิดชอบงาน NCR ภายในบริษัท
4.จัดทำรายงานนำเสนอในที่ประชุม Monthly meeting ในหัวข้อที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5.อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก Quality Management Supervisor
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 18 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์/ความรู้ความเข้าใจในงาน QA/QC
- ปวส.ขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการบริหารจัดการ
- มีทักษะในด้าน Computer ( MS WORD , EXCEL ,POWER POINT)
