Job Descriptions
1.อบรมพนักงานใหม่ 2.ขึ้นทะเบียน จป.หัวหน้างาน / บริหาร 3.ซ้อมอพยพหนีไฟประจำปี 4.ซ้อมปฐมพยาบาลประจำปี 5.สำรวจอุปกรณ์ป้องกันอัคคีภัย ถังดับเพลิง ทางหนีไฟ 6.ตรวจสอบปั่นจั่น 7.ตรวจสอบระบบปั๊มลม 8.ตรวจสอบ smoke/heat detector 9.ตรวจสอบสถานที่เก็บสารเคมีอันตราย 10.ตรวจสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน แสง ความร้อน ฝุ่น สารเคมี เสียง น้ำเสีย 11.ตรวจความปลอดภัยระบบไฟฟ้าตรวจสอบคุณภาพหม้อแปลงไฟฟ้า 12.ส่งรายงานตรวจสุขภาพพนักงานประจำปี แบบ จผส. 1 13.ส่งรายงานผลการตรวจสุขภาพพนักงานที่ทำงานกับสารเคมี (สอ.4) 14.ส่งรายงานวัสดุที่ไม่ใช้แล้วในบริการโรงงาน ( สก.1) 15.ส่งรายงานเอกสารสิ่งปฏิกูลที่ไม่ใช้แล้ว (สก.3) 16.ขยายอายุขยะอันตราย (สก2) 17.ทำเอกสารด้าน ISO14001:2015,ISO45001:2018 18.Audit ลูกค้า
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชาย / หญิง อายุ 28 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี หลักสูตรอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำระบบ ISO14001, ISO45001 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. สามารถขึ้นทะเบียน จป.วิชาชีพ กับทางสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานได้
  6. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้
