Job Descriptions
Application support for user Provide troubleshooting, assist users related to Business Applications Resolve inquiries and issues from user in a timely manner; communicate resolution effectively Monitoring and Handle Incident Ticket operation Evaluate issues and escalate to senior team member or department member if additional expertise or assistance is needed Collaborate work with other teams, departments and divisions with issues pertaining to applicable Business applications Demonstrate a basic understanding of MSSQL database and able to query data Summarize and Reporting incident or issues following the schedule time Conduct User Training session Develop User Guide documents, FAQ, and related documentation.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any related fields
  2. Required Application Support Experience 1-4 years able to work under pressures
  3. Basic Knowledge in MSSQL databases and able to use query syntax and coding
  4. Strong analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  5. Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment
  6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  7. Good Interpersonal and Communication skills, Service Mind
  8. Good Knowledge in Microsoft platform and Microsoft Office program
  9. Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude.
