Job Descriptions1.Handle oversea purchasing process, sourcing new suppliers / product, import process, claim process and documentation.
2.Issue purchase order, monitor and control all oversea purchasing procedures.
3.Communicate with suppliers, freight for warders, shipping and internal partners for all business relevant matters.
4.Work closely with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of the daily operation.
5.Coordinate with freight for warders and shipping to ensure necessary shipping documents are provided for smooth customs clearance.
