Job Descriptions
-ตรวจสอบ P/O หรือ Forecast ของลูกค้า
-ติดตามแผนการจัดส่งและยืนยันการสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า
-สร้างเอกสารภายใน เช่น การสั่งการผลิต การจัดส่ง
-จัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้หลังจากส่งสินค้าออก
-ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้าเพื่อรายงานข้อบกพร่อง
-งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช-ปวส ปริญญาตรี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีเยี่ยม
- สามารถใช้งาน Ms Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) และโปรแกรม ERP
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบ กระฉับกระเฉง มีเหตุผล มีวินัยในตนเองสูง มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
