- Create job opportunities and give career advice for job seekers - Introduce and explain the job opportunities and attractive points to apply for the position - Search right candidates from internal and external database - Build strong relationships with candidates, by strategically maintaining candidates pool with system - Advice the candidates how to realize their life goal by providing the job market trend - Closely work with Recruiting Advisor team who take care of client side by sharing the full information about candidates - Create candidates’ CV in format with system - Arrange interview schedule and prepare for documents in offer phase - Other assigned tasks Provided Training for new employee - Company orientation - Seminars and knowledge share - OJT Working Time: 8.30-17.30 (Mon-Fri)

Qualifications

Age around 23-30 years old
Have at least 6 Month’s work experience as Customer Support or Sales or other related field to take care of customers
High responsibility and strong sense of ownership for work
Strong customer-oriented mind and result oriented mind
Willingness to hit KPI and Sales targets
Team work mind and extrovert personality
Someone who has knowledge of job function such as IT, Engineer, Accounting, HR&GA, Sales, Marketing.
Have work experience in recruiting agency or internal talent acquisition
