Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
•RF Optimization (initial tuning)
•Network Optimization (RF Tuning)
•Performance Monitoring and Reporting
•Performance Troubleshooting
•Benchmarking KPI Improvement
Location: Chiangmai, Bangkok
Salary rate: Depend on experience and interview (Negotiation)
Contract Period: 1 Year extendable
Start date: Now

Qualifications
- Candidate must be at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering in Telecommunication or Electrical or computer equivalent.
- Work experience 0-2 years
- Prefer knowledge on Basic Radio Technology for 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G
- Prefer knowledge on Basic Parameters for 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G
- Able to analyze the result of Drive Test and able to identify Problem area for 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G
- Able to propose Solution to fix PA for 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G
- Able to work under pressure, good team player and self-motivate.
