Job Descriptions

•Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures. •Establish quality standards and specifications. •Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements. •Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspections. •Coordinate various inspection and testing activities, including dimensional measurements, functional testing, and visual inspections. •Review inspection reports and quality data. •Investigate and identify root causes of quality defects. •Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of defects. •Coordinate with production teams to address quality issues. •Analyze quality data to identify trends and patterns. •Prepare quality reports and metrics. •Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. •Evaluate and monitor supplier quality performance. •Conduct supplier audits and assessments. •Work with suppliers to address quality issues. •Lead and manage a team of quality inspectors and technicians. •Provide training and development opportunities for team members. •Ensure adherence to quality procedures and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in QC with the automotive or logistics industry for over 10 years.
Good command in English.
Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949).
