Job Descriptions
• Answer company telephone, Guest reception, Control meeting room.
• Prepare GA related report to report line. (Expense in GA department)
• Control computer and telephone providing for all employee.
• Monthly report about telephone, gasoline, water supply, electricity, sales scrap.
• Make payment voucher.
• Manage foreign employees for to make visa work permit and renew 90 days ect.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree up
- At least 1 years of experience in General affairs.
- Fair command of written and spoken English
- Have a good relationship with teamwork in that regard.
- Have the ability to calculate and think analytically well.
- Good computer skill in MS office, Word, Excel, Power Point and Email is a must.
- Have good communication skills
- Able to start work immediately will be given special consideration.
