Job Descriptions
- Responsible for production planning and production control - Coordinate with both of internal and external organizations to ensure that production plan supports the company's overall strategy and goals - Check and follow up the production performance to achieve the target as planned - Provide the relevant reports to the factory manager i.e. production problem, NG problem, etc. - Analyze and tackle the problem of production effectively - Attend daily morning meeting to report the current stock of product
Qualifications
  1. Male or female age 32-40 years old
  2. Bachelor's degree of Industrial Engineering or any related fields
  3. At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing and production control
  4. **Good knowledge of molds and diecasts**
  5. Good knowledge of production and process control
  6. Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  7. Listening skill of Japanese is a plus
  8. Fluent in using Microsoft Offices
  9. Be able to work under pressure and be energetic to work
