Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: • Place orders as needed to the oversea suppliers. • Track orders and ensure timely delivery. • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information. • Prepare import folder for import team to process import clearance and ensure that all necessary documents are complete and corrected • Work and communication of procurement information between procurement and related team function. • Other tasks following and reporting to Senior Purchasing.

Qualifications

Age 23-30 years
Bachelor/Master Degree in Business, Finance, Logistic, Import and Export MBA, Chemical, IE or other related fields
1-3 years working experience in procurement/buyer position
Good communication skill, negotiation, decision making, and analytical skills.
Strong command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Computer literacy.
Experience in oversea purchasing and shipping documents is preferable
Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and negotiation skills, able to work independently with vendors
