Job Descriptions
1. Plan and manage all staffing levels in assigned departments.
2. Check the standard working of the department.
3. Visit customers.
4. Welcoming and greeting when customers visit the company.
5. Strategies for finding new customers.
6. Planing manage and improve oversees the working of employees
7. Ability to keep and control standard service
8. Manage, interview, and coach new employees.
9. Great communication and negotiation skills.
10. Ability to decide and great in solving problems.
11. Establish and maintain quality and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Experience in ISO Tanks container over 1 years only. Or related field.
- Female over 24 years old.
- At least 2 years of experiences in Customer service / Marketing is a must.
- Good in both written and spoken English is a must.
- Good skill in MS Office.
- Good personality, work well under pressure and strong communication skill
- Strong in-service mind background, multitasking skill and good attitude.
